How a project runs
Three steps, no surprises.

1. Scope
We talk through the problem, agree what the first working version must do, and write down what it will not do yet. You get a fixed scope and a real number before any code is written.
2. Build
Short cycles with something you can open and try at the end of each one. Changes get costed as they come up rather than saved for a difficult conversation at the end.
3. Hand over
You own the code, the accounts, and the deployment. We document how it runs and stay available for maintenance if you want it, not because you are locked in.
