What to send
Make the first message useful
A paragraph is plenty. If you already know these, include them and the reply will be far more specific:
- What the software needs to do, and for whom
- Whether anything already exists, and what is wrong with it
- Any deadline you are working towards
- A budget range, even a rough one
- Platforms that matter: Android, iOS, web, desktop
You will get an honest answer about whether this is a good fit, an estimate range, and a recommended first step. If it is not a fit, you will be told that too.
Support for an existing app
If you are contacting us about an app you already use, include the app name, your device model, the operating system version, and what you were doing when the problem happened. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information by email.
Reporting a security issue
Security reports are welcome and are read first. Details of what to include are published at /.well-known/security.txt. Please give us a reasonable window to fix an issue before disclosing it publicly.
