Privacy policy
Last updated 2026-07-28. This policy covers this website and the mobile applications published by IS-AI Systems.
Who we are
IS-AI Systems ("IS-AI Systems", "we", "us") is a software development consultancy operating from the State of Texas, United States. For any privacy question, contact hello@example.com.
Information this website collects
This website does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, social media widgets, embedded video, or third-party fonts. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server request data as part of delivering and protecting the site. This includes your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, your browser user agent, and the referring page. This data is used for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate traffic measurement, and is retained by the provider under its own retention schedule. We do not combine it with any other information about you.
Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry. Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless it forms part of a contract or a legal record we are required to keep. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, health information, or government identifiers by email.
Information our mobile applications collect
Each application we publish has its own data practices, declared in its Google Play Data Safety section and summarised here.
Replace this block with a per-app statement covering, for each application: the categories of data collected, whether data leaves the device, the purpose of each category, whether it is shared with third parties, whether collection is optional, the retention period, and how a user requests deletion. It must match the Data Safety form in Google Play Console exactly — a mismatch is a common cause of app rejection and removal.
Where an application does not collect personal data, that will be stated plainly. Where an application processes data only on your device, that will be stated plainly as well.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose information only to service providers that operate our infrastructure, such as our website host and email provider, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service; or where we are legally required to do so.
Where data is processed
Our infrastructure providers operate globally and may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where a transfer of personal data out of the UK or European Economic Area occurs, it relies on the standard contractual protections offered by the relevant provider.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS with a restrictive content security policy and no third-party scripts. We keep dependencies minimal and patched. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit how much information we collect in the first place. To report a vulnerability, see /.well-known/security.txt.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and other US states with privacy legislation, as well as individuals in the UK and European Economic Area, have specific statutory rights.
To exercise any of these, email hello@example.com. We will respond within the period required by the applicable law, and within 30 days where no shorter period applies. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes materially, the date at the top of the page is updated and, where we hold your contact details in connection with an ongoing engagement, we tell you directly.

This document is a working draft written to cover common requirements. Have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer against the jurisdictions you operate in, the data your applications actually collect, and any contractual obligations you take on, before you rely on it.
