Who we are

IS-AI Systems ("IS-AI Systems", "we", "us") is a software development consultancy operating from the State of Texas, United States. For any privacy question, contact support@is-ai-systems.com.

Information this website collects

This website does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, social media widgets, embedded video, or third-party fonts. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server request data as part of delivering and protecting the site. This includes your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, your browser user agent, and the referring page. This data is used for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate traffic measurement, and is retained by the provider under its own retention schedule. We do not combine it with any other information about you.

Information you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of the inquiry. Inquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless it forms part of a contract or a legal record we are required to keep. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, health information, or government identifiers by email.

Information our mobile applications collect

Each application we publish is covered by its own privacy policy, written against that application's Google Play Data Safety declaration. Those policies take precedence over this page for anything an application does.

• BESTMARKED privacy policy — a timer and personal record tracker for athletes. Runs entirely on the device: no account, no location access, no advertising, and no analytics. Times are stored locally and are not transmitted to us.

Where an application offers a paid unlock, the purchase is processed by Google Play. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred; we do not receive or store payment card details. Where an application does not collect personal data, its policy states that plainly, and where it processes data only on your device, that is stated plainly as well.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only to service providers that operate our infrastructure, such as our website host and email provider, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service; or where we are legally required to do so.

Where data is processed

Our infrastructure providers operate globally and may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where a transfer of personal data out of the UK or European Economic Area occurs, it relies on the standard contractual protections offered by the relevant provider.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS with a restrictive content security policy and no third-party scripts. We keep dependencies minimal and patched. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit how much information we collect in the first place. To report a vulnerability, see /.well-known/security.txt.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and other US states with privacy legislation, as well as individuals in the UK and European Economic Area, have specific statutory rights.

To exercise any of these, email support@is-ai-systems.com. We will respond within the period required by the applicable law, and within 30 days where no shorter period applies. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes materially, the date at the top of the page is updated and, where we hold your contact details in connection with an ongoing engagement, we tell you directly.
